Boat Diving in Oban
Oban diving offers a variety of intact wrecks, walls, superb scenery and abundant marine life. In good company you'll make four dives from a hard bottomed boat which has an indoor cabin with tea and coffee on board. Making 4 dives from the boat over 2 days, you'll be in excellent company.

About the event
We have 2 hard bottomed boats available, each with a divers lift. Dive sites can include wreck dives, scenic loch dives and drift dives too. This trip is open to pleasure divers and those looking to complete their PADI Advanced Open Water Diver training with us.
Generally, the plan is:
Friday
if you can arrive earlier, we will do a check dive in a shallow local, protected bay.
This will allow you to get comfortable, check your weighting etc before the following morning.
Saturday & Sunday
2 dives per day from a boat
Sunday, a few shallow shore dives, including drift options.
As with most of our trips, we will arrange the evening meals on the Saturday evening for everyone. (Its a very 'sociable' weekend!) As ever, boat fees will be split between those attending and exclude any training costs which are additional. The cost is £165pp, a deposit is required to reserve your space with the balance due the month before the trip. In the event that the trip is cancelled by either TSG or the charter then all monies will be refunded as per our T's & C's.
If you are pleasure diving (ie. not on training), you will need to be PADI AOW or equivalent, experienced in diving from a boat and UK sea diving experience. You must also have and be able to deploy a DSMB confidently.
ACCOMMODATION - It is up to each attendee to arrange their own accomodation, we can advise on where to stay but we can't book for you.
Travel - We are exploring sharing the cost of a mini-bus for those that are interested, it will come with a cost but will be leaving from the shop.

Oban Deposit
This deposit secures your place on the boat for the weekend, it is transferable but it is not refundable, an invoice for the balance will be issued. If you're unable to make it and we aren't able to fill your seat then you are liable for your proportion of the trip.
